While 2015 has seen a lot of the heavyweights of the Japanese shoegaze scene releasing new material (with a few more to come before the end of the year) some new and lesser known acts have also emerged. One such group is Chiba prefecture's Plant Cell who managed to quietly release a ton of music via their Bandcamp and Soundcloud pages this year.

Simple musiknya, simple penala'hannya dan simple juga nama band ini. Terbentuk tahun 2015 di Malang digawangi oleh 6 orang yg berkhayal dengan cara mereka sendiri. Band [i] menggabungkan 4 gitar dalam satu lagu bukan sekedar ramuan yg cerdas namun juga syarat akan tingkat imajinasi yg terlampau jauh. Empat track yg disuguhkan dalam split ini saling mencerita dan diceritakan satusama lain. Instrumental postrock lanyah mereka mainkan dengan sentuhan sougaze yg catchy namun terarah.
