Metrics can be said bringing new and fresh compositions by combining the anger of Hardcore Punk and the glamorous Synth in their music, which is quite subtle in the punk scene. Although they don't tend to be fast like other Hardcore Punk bands in general, Metrics presents music that very solid, concise, and crunchy to listen. An interesting combination of 80s Hardcore Punk guitars and dominant New Wave drums sound with a touch of the classic raw beat of Punk Rock, and reverb vocals that create a vast spacey effect. - Ciwen (Interrad/Titik Dua Kolektif)
