Wild, raw, and ear-piercing are the only words to describe 山田花子—a second full-length album by Tokyo-based band, Moreru. Containing 9 emotionally loud and powerful tracks. They called themselves coming from Mad City, and that's the right thing to represent the insane sound they bring to the bloody floor. The record is just pure raw, possessed by noise, full of blast beats with a terrific emotional scream. Previously Moreru also did a live in a few noise-experimental shows with Japanese legendary noise artist, Merzbow, Gabber Modus Operandi (ID), ∈Y∋（BOREDOMS）, VMO, etc.

Takes me back to my high school classroom during the days of binging Inio Asano's old manga scanlations before anything was licensed. At that time, I was discovering many kinds of Asian shoegaze, but I've never heard anything like this. Makes me think of Pasteboard, Supecar, and Midnight Pingpong a bit, and it's funny bc the first two I listen have blue album covers too. Lu
